Measuring about an inch wide and three inches long with a hot pink casing (which can be replaced with blue or green), the Kix is cute as a button and only a bit larger. Unfortunately, in my experience, the player is more aesthetically pleasing than it is functional. Despite my limited knowledge of technology, I had very little trouble installing the player on my Apple (the Kix is also compatible with Windows). Loading songs is time-consuming, as each file must be imported one by one, but the process is easy to figure out, for even a computer-phobe like myself.
