Whatever it is that has you feeling blue, you need to get happy. Experts say that when stress crops up frequently or lasts too long, it can have negative effects. Negativity, stress and depression have been linked to headaches, back pain, an upset stomach, trouble sleeping, worsened health problems, weakened relationships – need I go on? So, if you are ready to get out of a rut, read on, because the following four tips are here to help you dust off that grin and get it back on your face: 1.)
