This is what he had to say about his playlist. What is the right music for Yoga? Not all types of music can be used for yoga. Yoga is a exercise of conscious deliberate movements. The origin of any movement should come from a well-focused force deep within the practitioner. The music used for yoga should be in harmony with such movements. A music that can actually cause a meditation is the most conducive for achieving this goal. The list below has been well tested as a vehicle to take one deep within them self.&nbsp; This music is not exclusive for yoga but can be used anytime the need to relax and transcend is called for.
