Are You an Emotional Eater? In your mind, there is nothing else in the world that will make you feel better. Or say you just got the promotion you’ve been trying to get for the past two months. What do you do? You celebrate with a large cheese pizza. Does this sound familiar? Of course, downing an entire carton of ice cream or a whole pizza pie is never a healthy choice. Most women wouldn’t even consider it on a day to day basis. Traumatic or euphoric events aren’t supposed to make people crave food.
