Q: I currently have a very busy schedule and I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to do cardio and weight lifting in the same session when I go to the gym. Ideally I’m thinking it’ll be best if I can get one done in the morning before work, then stop off quickly for another thirty to forty-five minutes after and finish the rest.
