Although you use mainly your body weight, this is considered an intermediate to advanced move, and you should know how to perform a push up before trying it. You should also have adequate core strength and good shoulder stability. You will need a TRX system to complete it. To begin, hook up the TRX and adjust it so the handles are about a foot off the ground. Lie on your stomach and place your feet in the handles. Place your hands flat on the floor and assume a push up position. Your arms should be straight and your shoulders should be in line with your elbows and wrists, and you chest should be off the floor.
