This is a quickie. If you are reading this, chances are you are slouched over a computer. Get out of the chair and stand up. Bend over to touch your toes and feel your hamstrings pull. Reach up so your fingers point towards the ceiling. Repeat. Now refill your water bottle and get back to work!
