Anyone who works out can tell you- it isn’t easy! Keeping up the motivation to exercise sometimes feels like a workout on its own, and it can be frustrating is you feel as though you aren’t seeing results. When you find yourself lacking enthusiasm, try to focus on what you have accomplished instead of what you haven’t. If weight loss is your goal, congratulate yourself for losing a couple pounds instead of berating yourself for how much more you have to go. Focus on small goals instead of an ultimate goal. Having small milestones to meet, instead of one ultimate goal, will make it easier for you to continue your routine and to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
