If you have a lot of errands to run, get in the habit of stashing some healthy snacks in your purse or car before you leave. If the midday munchies hit, you will have something on hand to eat, and will avoid making an unwanted stop at the local fast food joint. Some healthy snack options include fruit, single serving yogurt cups, trail mix, or granola bars.
