Tip for Today: 45 Minute Express Workout

Short on time, but still want to get in a good workout? Try this express total body workout. Since it incorporates cardio and strength training, you’ll get the benefits of both in less then one hour! Work straight through the exercises, performing one set of 15 repetitions each, with no rest between the moves.
Warm Up: 8 minutes treadmill, walking at 3.5 mph at an 8% incline
Complete: Lat Pulldown Dumbbell Row Chest Press Chest Flies
8 minutes on the Stairmaster, keeping about 65-70% of your maximum heart rate
Complete: Military Press Lateral Raise Bicep Curls Tricep Pushdowns Bench Dips
8 Minutes on the rowing machine
Complete: Leg Curls Leg Extension Leg Press
