Over 4,000 women enter menopause every day - and encounter the side effects (like hot flashes, mood swings and headaches) that come along with it. Now, new research into bioidentical hormones, called by the “juice of youth” by its devotees, is revealing that the hormone combinations (personally tailored to individual women) might help alleviate the health woes and discomfort of menopause. But are they safe, and are they right for you?
