sweet If you’ve got a craving for salty, crunchy French fries, a good alternative is choosing sweet potatoes over regular potatoes. You’ll still satisfy your salt craving, and you’ll get a good dose of Vitamin A at the same time. In 1992, the Center for Science in the Public Interest compared the nutritional value of sweet potatoes to other vegetables. I am always looking for healthy alternatives to satisfy my junk food cravings. I was wondering: I am a vegetarian, who also has Type II diabetes, and I was wondering if you could suggest a healthy way besides fruit to satisfy my sweet-tooth? A lot of the health-food stores sell stuff that contains healthy ingredients-but they also have a ton of sugar. Any suggestions?
