This is a tip that is healthy for you and healthy for our planet. Chances are you live within biking distance of your grocery store, video rental store or coffee shop. Yet, when’s the last time you got there without taking your car? When you opt for the bike ride, you get exercise, burn calories, and develop strong leg muscles. When you take your car, you spend money on gas, increase your carbon footprint and you fail to add exercise to your routine. Do something positve for the planet and jump on your ten-speed next time you need to go somewhere.
