So, it comes as no surprise that experts now believe that protecting your skin as a child and teenager can significantly reduce the risk of developing skin cancer as an adult. Remember to wear sunscreen everyday of the year! 80% of the sun’s harmful rays still reach the ground, even on overcast days. A sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 will give you the best protection.

  25. I believe that it’s true, but today that the sun is so over heated our skin need an even more protection, the heat wave also plays into our world today. He constantly get heat stroke wherever we go.
