So, it comes as no surprise that experts now believe that protecting your skin as a child and teenager can significantly reduce the risk of developing skin cancer as an adult. Remember to wear sunscreen everyday of the year! 80% of the sun’s harmful rays still reach the ground, even on overcast days. A sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 will give you the best protection.
