What you eat, how much you eat, and how active you are can influence your risk of developing cancer. The American Cancer Society wants you to eat your way to better health by inviting you to join the Great American Eat Right Challengeā¢.
Learn about the best ways to reduce your risk of cancer by making changes in your eating habits. Simple changes such as increasing the amount of vegetables, fruits, and fiber you eat, and decreasing sugar, saturated fat, and calories can lower your risk of getting some cancers.
