This move is a twisting crunch while lying on a Bosu ball. To begin, position the Bosu ball with the flat side down. Lie on the ball and position yourself so the rounded part of the ball is supporting your lower back. Position both your legs straight out in front of you with your heels resting on the floor. Place one hand behind your head, and perform a crunch by lifting your shoulders up towards the ceiling. At the same time, draw one knee up and into your chest. Return to starting position, but do not allow your leg to rest on the floor; immediately repeat the movement. Complete 10 repetitions with one leg, then switch and complete 10 more with the other leg.
Remember; You should not feel any strain in your lower back. If you do, reposition yourself so your back is completely supported by the bosu ball. Also, do not strain your neck by pulling on it with your hands; be sure to use your core to lift your shoulders up.
