Dr. Heidrich is a six-time Ironman Triathlon finisher, and has won over 900 medals from races around the world, including over 60 marathons. A daily runner for 39 years, Dr. Heidrich overcame breast cancer in her forties, and credits her Vegan lifestyle as a major contributor to beating the disease and maintaining ongoing good health for the last 25 years. Today, she advocates the healing properties of the body with the right diet, exercise program, and supportive environment.
