It can be hard to capture the reason for why sometimes we can put the peanuts away, throw on our shorts and actually dust our bike off. We all have days where we plop on the couch after work, exhausted at how long the day seems, and we never can budge until it’s bedtime. What gets you moving? Are you trying to bring your weight to a healthy BMI? Are you going back for more and more bicep curls and lat pulldowns because it’s halter season? Do you just do it for the joy, the adrenaline high? We are all going to have different answers to this question. At Her Active Life we’d like to get a handle on our readers and see what pushed you out that door when all the demons were trying to keep you in your pajamas in front of the idiot box.
