Four female former Olympic Gold Medalists as well as current Olympic contenders, Sanya Richards, Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh, and Shawn Johnson, have spots on youtube where they advocate healthy eating and living for SmallStep.gov. I did eat chicken it would have been in a stir fry with veg, mainly because I am not a very good cook and don’t like spending time in a kitchen. But since my boyfriend has moved in we cook together, it our quility time we spend communicating, only thing now we eat meat every night and lots of pasta and potatoes. Not that I never use to eat this but not every night, I’ve converted him to more veg and he loves his veg now, but how on earth do I get him to eat more healthy meals??
